CrossFit Youth is for grades 6-12. Monday – Thursday at 4:30pm. We offer up to 2 sessions per week or up to 4 sessions per week membership plans.
You will learn strength and conditioning exercises that will help supplement athletic performance or increase overall fitness! Classes are about 45-55 minutes.
The basic format of every class is started with a warmup, then a strength portion, and then into a conditioning workout! Come workout and train with other like minded individuals that are also looking to improve themselves!
