Inverted Hold (Time)

Any variation on inverted hold.

Handstand Hold is standard.

Box, or floor pike also options.

30 seconds max reps

Rx Single Unders, Rx+ Double Unders. Please select Rx or Rx+ to denote SU (Rx) or DU (Rx+)
