Metcon (No Measure)

Go for a 30 min walk, alone or with someone else.

Tell someone you are out on a walk, and don’t take your phone. No music, no electronics.

Tell them you’ll be back in 30 minutes. You’ll need something to tell time, like an old school watch with no internet connection.

Listen to your body, and be mindful of your environment. Enjoy the world around you.

Enjoy the relaxation of being disconnected from the world for 30 minutes. Try to take big deep breaths.

Scaling options:

Can’t leave the house? Something about responsibilities?

Turn off your phone for 30 minutes, and don’t use a computer. Enjoy something non digital for 30 minutes. Try to take a little bit of time for yourself.
