Step #2 – CrossFit On-Ramp Classes

CrossFit Millard is currently on boarding new members right into CrossFit class sessions. All fitness levels are welcome. All movements are demonstrated and explained, and coaches on staff will work with you! Talk to a coach during class, and be sure to ask questions! You’ll be a pro in no time! No experience required!
