What do you do for a living? 

Inside sales rep at a technology company in Omaha

When and why did you join Crossfit?

February 2018. I wanted a more structured workout where I wasnt having to come up with my own exercises every day and it took off from there.

Favorite WOD/lift/movement?

WOD – Annie, Lift – Clean & Jerk, Movement – Bar Muscle Ups

Least Favorite WOD/lift/movement?

Anything with squats/thrusters

What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? 

Playing/Watching Baseball. Playing with my dog. Family time.

Favorite meal?

Steak, potatos, salad

What motivates you to come to the gym every day?

Making sure I stay in shape for upcoming competitions or just getting an hour away from regular life.D

What do you love most about Crossfit?

It’s a great workout and it’s always different. Also, everyone in the gym wants everyone else to succeed everyday.

Any advice for people just getting started/afraid to begin?

Dont be afraid to fail or scale on workouts. Everyone has a different starting point, but even failed/scaled reps can move you towards your next success.
