Fitness Assessments with Coach Zak

Coach Zak would like to meet with you for a fitness assessment! Following his current fitness program study from OPEX’s CCP coaching program, he has an assessment that can provide you with a solid understanding of your current fitness level. Coach would also like to know more about your current fitness goals, and what you would like to get out of our┬áprogram.

There is no additional charge for this service at this time.

To schedule a time, talk to Coach Zak before or after class, or send him an email to info@crossfitmillard.com

Meetings can be in person, or through discussion over email if that is easier for you. The in person body assessment can be scheduled before or after class, and takes about 10 minutes. After the assessment you will have a document that you can keep as a snapshot of your fitness at the time, to compare to future assessments to see how you are doing!
