Foam Rollers and Change Plates Coming!

More foam rollers and change plates were ordered over the weekend! Check them out in the mobility corner of the gym, near the GHD.

Feel free to hop on a foam roller before class and roll out those legs, back or arms that may be sore.

Foam rolling is a great way to get the fascial layers loosed up so that you can perform better in the gym.

Change plates in 5lb, 2 1/2, and 1 1/4 lb increments were also ordered.
